Who are you? And who do you want to be as a scientific leader? In this highly interactive seminar we will learn about leadership: guiding and leading ourselves and others and exchange on potential opportunities and challenges as a female leader. Among others we will touch topics like Coaching, Mentoring, Feedback, Conflict Management, Work Life Balance and Networking. This workshop is exclusively offered or our female fellows.
The workshop will be held by Andreas Loibl, an HR expert in the Talent Management & Organizational Development Team at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research (NIBR). Andreas has his educational background in Business Management and in Organizational Psychology holding degrees from the University of Cooperative Education, Loerrach and the Albert-Ludwigs-University, Freiburg. Prior to joining the Novartis Talent & Organizational Development team, he held positions in Retail Consulting and in Pharma Marketing.
