Once a year, all members of the NCCR Molecular Systems Engineering meet to exchange ideas and report on the progress of their projects. The Fellow Retreat is for scientific exchange and exclusively for research-members - and by invitation only. In 2017, the retreat took place in Grindelwald.

Fellow Retreat 2017

The Fellow Retreat 2017 took place from 3 – 5 May in Grindelwald at the "Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof“ with its beautiful garden and sight to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Download the program 2017 as PDF file.

Friday morning 5 May, the sun finally came out and "highlighted" the panorama in front of Schweizerhof.

Winner 2017: Yasunori Okamoto of the Ward-Group

In Grindelwald in 2017, 27 research-groups presented their posters at the Fellow Retreat.

The winner of the MSE Poster Cup 2017 is Yasunori Okamoto (Ward-Group). He is following Gotthold Fläschner of the Müller Group (2016), and Ralph Stoop (ex Calame-Group, 2015).

MSE Poster Cup 2016

Winner 2016: Gotthold Fläschner of the Müller-Group

Most of the 26 research-groups of the NCCR Molecular Systems Engineering presented one or two posters at the Fellow Retreat 2016 about their work within the NCCR.

The winner of the MSE Poster Cup 2016 is Gotthold Fläschner of the Müller Group. He is following Ralph Stoop from the Calame-Group, who won 2015.

Fellow Retreat 2015

Almost 70 members of the NCCR Molecular Systems Engineering attended the first Fellow Retreat at the Art Furrer Hotels on the Riederalp in the Valais from 15 through 17 April. Find some pictures below (click to enlarge) and the retreat-program 2015 for download here.
